- What do I need to display my IG posts on my Shopify store?
You need IG login credentials for the account in question. Note that the account must be a creator or business account, and must not be private.
- What Instagram account types are supported?
At this time we support connecting business and creator accounts. Private accounts are not supported.
- Why does my account sometimes get disconnected from Tizzy Instagram Feed?
The most common reason is that you changed your IG password. Instagram disconnects connected apps to protect your security. If our app shows you a "account disconnected" error, simply sign in to regain feed functionality!
- Help! Some posts don't show on my website!
We are unable to show the following types of posts due to an Instagram limitation:
Pinned posts
Collaboration posts (ie., posts uploaded with multiple creators)
Please note that all Instafeed apps that use the official Instagram API have the same issue.
- What languages does your app support?
Our app is available in: English, German, French, Italian, Portugese (Brazil), Chinese (Simplified)
- Do you support my old Shopify theme?
We support Online Store 2.0 themes through an app block, and older themes using app embeds. If you are on an older theme, go to the app embed tab and enable Tizzy Instagram Feed. The feed will automatically be placed in the footer.
